Some news stories that caught our eye this week:
- Charles Saatchi, Nigella Lawson’s husband, was photographed choking her in public this week. - In better news, the controversial HPV vaccine is working even though only one-third of girls aged 13 to 17 have been vaccinated.
- The World Health Organization issued a report on domestic violence worldwide this week after analyzing information from 86 countries: “Experts estimated nearly 40 percent of women killed worldwide were slain by an intimate partner.”
